I use Mobil 1-5w20 with a Mobil 1 filter.  I'd like to try Amsoil but I can't get my Visa to agree with $9/qt.  That would be $60 per oil change.  Amsoil is good for 7500 miles but that still, to me, doesn't justify that price.

Royal Purple "borrowed" Mobil 1's formula and then put in their own additive.  It's basically Mobil 1.
